Pharm (Medicinal Chemistry ) Design and plan synthetic routes for target molecules. Execute multi-step organic synthesis reactions, handling milligram to gram scale reactions. Characterize organic compounds using spectroscopic and related techniques. Perform literature searches using scientific databases (e.g., SciFinder).
