Role & responsibilities Perform media charging, preparation, and cleaning for fermentation processes. Execute fermentation batch operations, including probe calibration, maintenance, and documentation. Generate and manage seed cultures for fermentation processes. Conductmicroscopy, cell staining, and analysis of process samples. Analyze process data and prepare detailed reports. Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of fermentation utilities. Preferred candidate profile B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Tech/M.Tech (Biotechnology/Microbiology) with 1-3 years experience. Prior experience in fermentation of recombinant strains will be preferred, and should be flexible for working in rotational shifts, lab scale fermentation and microbiology.
