Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Noida for a Registrar at IMTS Institute. The Registrar will be responsible for managing student records, ensuring compliance with educational regulations, coordinating enrollment processes, and providing academic support. Daily tasks will include maintaining accurate documentation, assisting students with queries, coordinating with academic departments, and overseeing registration procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage student records and documentation
• Interpersonal and communication skills to assist students and coordinate with departments
• Familiarity with educational regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in standard office software applications
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Prior experience in academic administration or a related field is a plus
• Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
