Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Business objective
Provide HR guidance & Support to business leaders and employees
Lead Talent acquisition initiatives an ensure manpower availability and fulfillment as per TAT
Manage Employee life cycle activities, employee relations, conflicts, performance issues
Drive employee engagement, retention and talent development initiatives
Analyze HR metrices and HRIS and provide insights to take decisions
Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations and company policies
Responsible for extensive branch visits to ensure employee content
Proven exp in talent acquisition and talent management and employee life cycle
Extensive exp of minimum 4 years with focus in HRBP activities
Knowledge in HR principles, labour laws and policies
