Job Title: Field Manager Company: URBAN UPSCALE( A WING OF BENECT TECHNOLOGIES) Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Work Mode: On-field (travel within city required) Experience: Minimum 1 year in a field or operations role Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (in any discipline) Languages: English and Tamil (fluency required) Assets Required: Personal laptop and two-wheeler (with valid license) Salary: [20,000.00-24,000.00]+TA/DA+ monthly incentives Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Field Manager to oversee and manage daily on-ground operations for our premium urban residential and commercial properties in Kochi. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with fieldwork, client interaction, and ensuring smooth operational execution across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities: Manage site-level operations for residential and commercial properties Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and security Coordinate with vendors, facility teams, and service providers for timely issue resolution Act as the point of contact for tenants and property owners for on-site concerns Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations Monitor and report any operational or infrastructure issues to senior management Support leasing and onboarding processes by coordinating property visits and documentation Maintain records of field activities, service reports, and vendor logs Required Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Basic technical knowledge related to property maintenance is a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks across locations Familiarity with urban property management is preferred Additional Requirements: Must own a laptop and a two-wheeler (bike) with valid documents Willingness to travel locally within Chennai for site visits and inspections To Apply: Send your resume to +91 8123863900 with the subject line: "Application for Field Manager – Kochi" Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Application Question(s): Do you have two wheeler?
