Role Overview

This is a hands-on execution role focused on Reddit-led growth. You’ll work closely with our internal team and clients to find high-intent threads, seed strategic engagement, and manage multiple Reddit identities as part of our GTM playbooks. This role combines content, community, and growth — all centered around Reddit.

Responsibilities

• Find and shortlist relevant Reddit threads based on each client’s ICP and product focus
• Write context-aware, engaging replies that add value and avoid sounding promotional
• Assist in creating Reddit engagement plans and competitive analyses for proposals
• Manage a network of aged, warmed Reddit IDs used for different clients
• Maintain karma and post history for each ID through light daily engagement
• Create and manage subreddits when needed for internal or client use
• Track daily Reddit activity and update internal sheets with engagement data
• Occasionally assist with Reddit-specific content like case studies or playbooks

Requirements

• Strong written English with the ability to write in a native, user-first tone
• Familiarity with Reddit and its culture across different subreddits
• Comfortable following posting schedules and updating basic trackers
• Curiosity about developer tools, infrastructure, or AI (technical background not required)
• Bonus: experience moderating subreddits or managing multiple Reddit accounts
