Role Description

Nextbridge is entering second offshore market in India. This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, and developing recruiting strategies. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, communicating with hiring managers, and providing training support. The role also requires creating and updating job descriptions and maintaining candidate databases. This role will also require to maintain day to day pulse with onboarded personnel.

• Experience in IT or similar industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
