Job Description

Lead and manage the recruitment function for manufacturing operations. Partner with Plant Heads, Departmental Heads to forecast manpower requirements. Design and implement effective hiring strategies Build and manage a high-performing recruitment team and external hiring partners. Leverage digital platforms, recruitment portals, and social media for sourcing and employer branding. Ensure adherence to hiring budgets, timelines, and quality metrics. Drive diversity hiring and talent pipelining initiatives. Ensure a seamless candidate experience and uphold employer branding throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and compliance regulations. Education: Bachelors Degree (mandatory); MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. Experience: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on manufacturing/industrial hiring . Proficiency in ATS, recruitment analytics tools, and sourcing platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Must be willing to travel to plant locations as and when required. Preference: Candidates from South India with multilingual ability will be highly preferred.
