Software Test Engineer (LOS)

Location:

Gurugram, Haryana

Job Type:

Contract to Hire (6 Months C2H)

Experience Required:

3+ Years

Joining:

Immediate Joiners Only

Working Days:

6 Days a Week (2nd Saturday Off)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a

Software Test Engineer

with at least

3 years of experience

and

hands-on expertise in Loan Origination Systems (LOS)

. This is a

6-month Contract-to-Hire

position based in

Gurugram

, ideal for candidates who are ready to contribute immediately in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for LOS applications
Conduct manual and automated testing as per project requirements
Identify, document, and report defects; track them to closure
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases
Participate in functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
Maintain detailed and organized test documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of software testing experience
Must have hands-on experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
Strong understanding of the loan process and financial workflows
Proficient with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar test management platforms
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills (Nice to have):

Automation testing experience (e.g., Selenium, TestNG)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
