Key Responsibilities: Support and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, coordination for interviews, documentation, and selection. Ensure timely closure of open positions across various departments and organizational levels. Should be well-versed in maintaining daily MIS reports and recruitment trackers. Responsible for managing candidate documentation and ensuring accurate and organized filing systems. We are seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering within deadlines in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
