We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers looking to kickstart their career in recruitment and human resources. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top talent to our organization.

Responsibilities

Sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications.
