Recruiter For U.S. Pharma- (US Staffing- Pharma Mandatory)

Must work following hours: 3pm-11:30pm IST

[5:30am - 2pm EST (US hours)]

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong recruitment background in generic pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, sourcing top talent across Quality, R&D, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain and Commercial functions, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards (i.e. Indeed, LinkedIn), professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage the interview process.
• Coordinate with HR team and internal stakeholders to ensure timely scheduling and feedback collection.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure compliance and data accuracy (Paylocity)
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process by managing candidate expectations.
• Stay current with industry trends and competitor hiring activity within the US. 
• Support employer branding and DEI initiatives. 

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

• Master's degree & 5+ years Recruitment experience in Generic Pharma industry OR Bachelors with 8+ years of directly related experience.
• Strong sourcing skills using variety of advanced sourcing techniques including building search strings for Boolean searches
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools including Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent English communication (verbal & writing), and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously under fast paced and  deadline driven environments.
