Job Title: Receptionist Location: Javitri Clinic Department: Front Office / Administration Reports to: Hospital Administrator Job Overview: We are looking for a well-spoken, presentable, and responsible **Receptionist** to be the face of our hospital. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, responsible for handling front desk operations, guiding patients, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth communication within departments. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner. * Answer and direct incoming phone calls. * Schedule and confirm appointments using hospital software. * Maintain and update patient records accurately. * Handle patient inquiries and provide information about hospital services. * Coordinate with different departments for smooth patient flow. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area. * Support basic administrative tasks as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: * Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred). * Good communication skills in Hindi and English. * Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, hospital software). * Prior experience in a healthcare setup is a plus. * Polite, professional, and customer-friendly attitude. * Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
