Job Description

Receptionist cum Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Communication:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees at the reception desk
  • Handle incoming calls, route them appropriately, and take accurate messages
  • Manage company landline and intercom systems

Travel & Logistics Coordination:

  • Handle domestic travel bookings (flights, trains, cabs, hotels) for staff and management
  • Maintain travel records and ensure approvals/documentation are in place
  • Coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs for employees or guests

Exhibition & Event Logistics

  • Assist in bookings for exhibitions and trade events
  • Coordinate exhibition-related logistics such as material dispatch, passes, and accommodation
  • Follow up with vendors and organizers for approvals and support materials

Office Supplies & Stationery:

  • Track and maintain inventory of office stationery and pantry supplies
  • Raise purchase requests and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk and waiting area

Utility & Admin Bills:

  • Collect and process bills related to electricity, water, internet, mobile, and other utilities
  • Maintain proper documentation and submit bills for approval and payment
  • Follow up with vendors/service providers on any billing or service issues

General Administration:

  • Assist in organizing internal meetings, vendor visits, and small office events
  • Maintain admin files, registers, and asset records (e.g., phones, SIMs, ID cards)
  • Support other departments in basic admin coordination when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline)
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role (1–3 years preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic email communication
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, punctual, and pleasant personality
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Location:

  • Gurugram, Haryana (Required)
