Reception Hotel Manager in Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

• Guest services:
• Ensure a welcoming and efficient check-in/check-out process
• Implement guest satisfaction measures and handle escalated guest issues
• Staff management:
• Provide leadership, motivation, and development for front office staff
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate policies, procedures, and expectations
• Operations management:
• Oversee room reservations, room allocations, and efficient use of hotel property management systems
• Ensure accurate guest billing and that all financial procedures are followed
• Collaboration with other departments:
• Communicate guest preferences or issues to other departments to enhance the overall guest experience
• Financial management:
• Manage the front office budget and expenses
• Handle billing discrepancies and manage cash handling procedures
• Policy implementation:
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security standards
• Implement and enforce brand standards and service protocols
  

Qualifications

• Office administration and front office management skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
