Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Team Leader located in Siliguri. The Real Estate Team Leader will oversee day-to-day operations, guide and manage the team, and ensure excellent performance in commercial real estate projects. Responsibilities include team leadership, strategic planning, providing brokerage services, facilitating communication within the team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The Real Estate Team Leader will also work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver projects that meet or exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong Team Leadership and Team Management skills
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate Land.
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Siliguri
• Bachelor's degree , Real Estate, or related field
• Proven track record of successful real estate projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
