Real Estate Sales Consultant

Eztatez is looking for passionate and results-driven Real Estate Consultants to join our growing team. As a consultant, you will be the face of the company, responsible for advising clients, facilitating property transactions, and delivering exceptional service throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and build relationships with potential buyers and sellers.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of available residential and commercial properties across Delhi NCR.
• Conduct site visits and property tours with clients.
• Negotiate pricing and terms between buyers and sellers.
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure seamless transaction closures.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate with legal and banking teams for property registrations and loan processing.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the Delhi NCR property market (both residential and commercial).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proficient with MS Office, CRM tools, and online listing platforms.
• Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR for site visits and meetings.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
