Job Title: R&D Senior Executive – Bakery / Cakes & Pastry / Chocolate
Location: Avalahalli, Bangalore Experience: 5–6 Years Industry: FMCG (Bakery / Cakes & Pastry / Chocolate) Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Joining: Immediate or within 30 Days
Key Responsibilities:
Lead new product development initiatives across Bakery, Cakes, Pastry, and Chocolate categories.
Plan and conduct trials for innovation, recipe optimization, and product improvements.
Handle documentation, process mapping, and SOP development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for pilot runs and production scale-up.
Contribute to the development of healthy product ranges.
Mentor junior R&D team members and supervise lab/kitchen operations.
Candidate Requirements:
5–6 years of solid R&D experience in the FMCG sector with a strong focus on Cakes, Pastry, Bakery, or Chocolate categories.
Practical knowledge of frozen processing will be highly valued.
Expertise in product formulation, ingredient functionality, and sensory evaluation.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setup.
Willingness to work 6 days a week.
Male candidate preferred as per site requirements.
Immediate joiner or available within 30 days.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
