R&D Intern – New Product Development (Food Technology)

Internship Summary:

We are looking for a Food Technology Fresher who is passionate about product innovation and eager to build hands-on experience in New Product Development (NPD) for beverages. This internship offers the opportunity to work directly with the R&D and production teams to develop and test new formulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in research, formulation, and trials of new kombucha-based and wellness beverages
• Document recipes, processes, and trial results with accuracy
• Conduct sensory evaluations and basic shelf-life studies
• Support sourcing and evaluation of new ingredients
• Maintain hygiene, lab records, and compliance during product development
• Coordinate with the factory team for pilot runs and feedback

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Recently completed B.Tech/B.Sc. in Food Technology or equivalent
• Candidates residing near Kamla Nagar, Delhi preferred
• Strong interest in product development and functional beverages
• Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and proactive in taking responsibilities
• Good documentation and basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets)

Based on your performance during the internship, you may be offered a full-time position at K95 Foods Pvt. Ltd.
