Quality Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Ensure that inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods are performed accurately and on time.
• Lead investigations of non-conformances, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor and report on product quality trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and enforce compliance with quality management systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or AS9100 (as applicable).
• Prepare and review quality documentation including inspection reports, control plans, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support internal and external audits, including those from customers and certification bodies.
• Train quality personnel on inspection techniques, tools, and procedures.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per year
