Quality Manager

Job Title: Quality Executive / Quality Inspector – Ceiling Fan Line

Department: Quality Control / Production

Job Purpose:
To ensure that all ceiling fans produced meet the company’s quality standards and customer requirements by conducting inspections, tests, and audits throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished ceiling fans as per the quality plan.
• Monitor production line quality checks to identify and control defects.
• Conduct routine product testing for performance, balance, noise, and vibration.
• Maintain and update inspection records, test reports, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with the production team to address non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper calibration and handling of measuring instruments.
• Assist in root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
• Follow safety and compliance standards while performing inspections.
• Key Requirements:
• Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in ceiling fan or home appliances manufacturing.
• Skills:
• Knowledge of fan assembly, balancing, and performance standards.
• Familiarity with measuring tools (vernier caliper, micrometer, dial gauge).
• Basic knowledge of ISO/Quality Management Systems.
• Good observation, reporting, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
