Background About Leadership For Equity (LFE) Leadership For Skilled Education Foundation (branded as Leadership For Equity, LFE), is a non-profit (NGO). In our two-fold approach to change, we build the capacity of government system leaders and we influence system processes. This includes enabling Academic & Administrative Officers (Extension Officers, BEOs, DIETs, SCERT) to effectively lead quality improvement programs and run their departments. As well as, Equipping Teachers Mentors (URCs, CRG, BRG, CRCs) to improve the classroom practices of teachers in foundational learning and technology. In the last 5 years, we built the capacity of 2000+ system leaders, and 40,200+ teachers to impact 8.2 million students. As a language editor, you ll work both independently and with a team of editors to deliver manuscripts that are edited as per journal/publisher style guides, and review all corrections made by authors/publishers. You will be tasked with maintaining a high standard of work through quality circles, among other methods. You will mentor trainee editors and identify gaps in training. You will also have the opportunity to make processes more efficient and be involved in improving the tools used in-house. Role Purpose The incumbent acts as a Quality in-charge and is responsible for driving quality related activities on a particular section in a project while supporting the Lead/ Vertical Lead - Quality in project level decision making for the quality function.
