Performance Marketing / Paid Media - Job Description
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically with Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads
  • Execute, and manage Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads campaigns & other paid media channels.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor research, and audience targeting to optimize ad performance.
  • Create A/B tests for ads and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance and produce data-driven insights to improve ROI.
  • Monitor budget allocation and adjust bids to gain better ROI.
  • Optimize marketing funnels to improve lead quality and sales conversion.
  • Collaborate with the content and design team to develop campaign creative assets.
  • Creating Media Plans for upcoming and existing clients.
  • Keep up with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
