Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Incharge (Garments) located in Jalandhar. The Quality Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the quality of garments throughout the production process. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring production to ensure adherence to quality standards, performing inspections of raw materials and finished products, implementing quality control procedures, and providing feedback to the production team to address any issues. The role also involves maintaining detailed records of quality reports and liaising with suppliers and clients to ensure product quality meets expectations.

Qualifications

Experience in quality management, quality control, and inspection processes
Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, fabric types, and production methods
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in using quality management software and tools
Relevant certifications in quality management or a related field are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or a related field
