Quality Executive

Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance & NABH Compliance:

• Assist in implementation and monitoring of NABH standards
• Conduct internal audits, support gap analysis, and follow up on corrective actions
• Maintain and update quality manuals, SOPs, and other documentation
• Coordinate training sessions and awareness programs for staff
• Track and analyze quality indicators, incident reports, and patient feedback
• Support all clinical and non-clinical departments with compliance and improvement plans

HR Coordination & Support Tasks:

• Coordinate orientation and induction programs for new joiners
• Maintain training and competency records of staff as per NABH standards
• Collaborate with HR for performance evaluation formats linked to quality KPIs
• Support HR in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and analyzing outcomes
• Help organize HR training sessions related to soft skills, ethics, and safety
• Liaise with departments for manpower compliance reports required for audits

Skills Required:

• Sound knowledge of NABH standards
• Strong documentation, data analysis, and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally with clinical, administrative, and HR teams
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and process-driven mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
