Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain QC policies and systems
Lead quality audits and inspections across production processes
Analyze quality data and initiate corrective actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product standards
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
8+ years of QC experience, preferably in manufacturing or pharmaceuticals
Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication and leadership skills
