Role Description

Automobile Quality Care Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to

  Maruti Suzuki’s service quality standards

  across all workshops.
• Monitor and audit

  vehicle servicing, repairs, and inspections

  to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Implement

  quality control protocols

  for workshop processes and customer handling.
• Handle

  customer complaints/escalations

  with a focus on timely resolution and service recovery.
• Conduct

  regular training

  for service advisors, technicians, and front-line staff to enhance skills and customer approach.
• Analyze

  CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)

  &

  DSE (Dealer Service Evaluation)

  reports to identify areas of improvement.
• Coordinate with the CRM team to ensure consistent

  post-service follow-ups

  and feedback collection.
• Lead

  RCA (Root Cause Analysis)

  of repeat jobs or customer dissatisfaction cases.
• Ensure optimal usage of tools, SOPs, and digital systems like

  DMS / Service CRM / Maruti Connect.
