Role Description The Automobile Quality Care Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service quality , customer satisfaction, and operational excellence in all post-sales and workshop activities. This role involves supervising vehicle inspections, service processes, feedback management, and quality assurance checks to enhance customer trust, retention , and brand reputation . 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to Maruti Suzuki’s service quality standards across all workshops. Monitor and audit vehicle servicing, repairs, and inspections to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Implement quality control protocols for workshop processes and customer handling. Handle customer complaints/escalations with a focus on timely resolution and service recovery. Conduct regular training for service advisors, technicians, and front-line staff to enhance skills and customer approach. Analyze CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) & DSE (Dealer Service Evaluation) reports to identify areas of improvement. Coordinate with the CRM team to ensure consistent post-service follow-ups and feedback collection. Lead RCA (Root Cause Analysis) of repeat jobs or customer dissatisfaction cases. Ensure optimal usage of tools, SOPs, and digital systems like DMS / Service CRM / Maruti Connect.
