Job Description

Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team to ensure effective test planning and execution.
Define and implement QA best practices, standards, and processes across projects.
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, product, and DevOps to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Oversee and contribute to automation efforts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, or similar.
Manage defect tracking and resolution using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Ensure test coverage across functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
Track and report quality metrics such as defect trends, test case execution rates, and release readiness.
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration pipelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,397.60 - ₹82,284.48 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
