QA Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Analyst Intern to support our Quality Assurance team in maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety, and product quality in our chocolate manufacturing process. This role offers hands-on experience in food industry QA protocols and exposure to various quality control procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring the production process to ensure adherence to FSSAI and internal quality standards.
• Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
• Help maintain proper documentation and records related to QA processes.
• Participate in sensory evaluation and shelf-life testing of chocolate products.
• Ensure hygiene and sanitation procedures are being followed on the factory floor.
• Assist in identifying non-conformities and implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production and packing teams to ensure quality compliance.
• Support internal audits and sample collection as required.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Interest in food manufacturing, especially confectionery or chocolate production.
• Good observational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of FSSAI regulations, GMP, and HACCP is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in factory/production environments.
