Key Responsibilities:
Understand software requirements and create detailed test cases.
Perform manual testing (Functional, UI, Regression, Smoke, and Sanity, API Testing).
Execute test cases and document results accurately.
Identify, report, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
Basic in automation tasks using tools like Selenium, Postman, or JMeter (if required).
Must-Have Skills:
Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Bug Life Cycle.
Knowledge of writing test cases and executing them effectively.
Familiarity with any bug tracking tool (e.g., JIRA).
Basic knowledge of automation tools like Selenium/WebDriver, TestNG, or Postman.
Understanding of basic programming/scripting (Java).
Good communication and teamwork skills
