We’re looking for a skilled QA Engineer to join our team and drive quality across voice and backend service platforms. 🔍 What You'll Do: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for IVR flows and backend services. Leverage tools like Cyara, Watson, or similar to test conversational AI and voice response systems. Conduct SOAP UI testing for backend service validation and integration. Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other QA team members to ensure test coverage and quality. ✅ What We're Looking For: Strong foundation in automated testing frameworks and scripting. Experience with IVR testing, especially using Watson or Cyara. Proficiency with SoapUI for web services testing. Ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues across systems and APIs.
