Purchasing Executive

Collaborating with other departments, such as finance, marketing, supply chain and production, to meet the organization's needs Negotiating with vendors for best quote, delivery and payments terms Prepare comparative quotes. Follow up for quotation and comparison of prices from different sources Preparing Purchase Orders and getting approval of the same Track orders and ensure timely delivery. Review quality of purchased products. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses. Cross check & Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. Maintaining supplier relationships and resolving any issues that may arise Ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations Monitoring of pending payment of supplier & co-ordination with Account department of timely release of payment. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation. Essential Skills Good Verbal and Written Communication Especially in English Time Management & initiative Advanced user of Microsoft Excel & Words Advanced user of Tally ERP Requirements and Skills Any Bachelor’s degree (Science Preferred) or a related field. Proven experience in procurement and vendor management. Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
