Job Description

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchase operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit local markets/vendors to procure materials as needed
  • Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) accurately
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
  • Source and manage suppliers for printable items and marketing materials
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality of procured items
  • Coordinate with internal departments for procurement needs
  • Maintain purchase records and documentation

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Purchase Order (PO) systems
  • Good network/contacts with local vendors and suppliers
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle field visits
  • Basic knowledge of printable items (e.g., brochures, packaging, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jalandhar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • total work: 1 year (Preferred)
