Job Title: Purchase Manager

Location: Morjim, Goa

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience Required: 3–4 Years

Job Description:

White Wharf Resort, a premium hospitality destination in Morjim, Goa, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented *Purchase Manager* to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring timely availability of quality materials, and maintaining cost-efficiency across all purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement processes for the resort
Source, negotiate, and finalize vendor contracts for quality goods and services
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as per operational needs
Ensure timely delivery and maintain accurate purchase records
Coordinate with the accounts team for billing and vendor payments
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with company policies and budget guidelines

Requirements:

3–4 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in the hospitality sector
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of local suppliers and market rates in Goa is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office and basic inventory software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Rotational shift
