Skills Required: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to assist in purchase activities, supplier management, and inventory control. The role involves identifying potential vendors, sourcing materials, evaluating vendor quotations, negotiating prices, cost comparisons, purchase order preparation, delivery follow-up and ensuring timely delivery to support production and operations teams. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of supply chain management, strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office, purchase software (advantage) and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to meet purchasing requirements. Key Responsibilities/Job Description: Ø Assist in identifying and evaluating suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability. Ø Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely procurement. Ø Negotiate prices and terms with vendors to optimize costs. Ø Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies. Ø Collaborate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs.
