Psychologist

Our project focuses on understanding the unique psychological needs of students and developing systems that contribute to their emotional and mental well-being. We are seeking a qualified Psychologist with 3 years of experience to join our team and play a key role in shaping this initiative. The primary focus of this role will be to develop and implement mental health assessment approaches for students. This role involves working closely with our team to design and assess effective mental health evaluation tools/ approaches that can identify key psychological traits, emotional well-being, overall development and mental health challenges faced by students. Key Responsibilities: Develop mental health assessment systems and approaches focused on student well-being. Collaborate with the project team to create psychology-based tools for evaluating students' mental and emotional states. Conduct research on student mental health issues and provide insights to improve the assessment system. Implement best practices in psychology for assessing behavioral, emotional, and cognitive health in students. Review and analyze assessment data, and help in providing solutions or recommendations based on findings. Stay updated with the latest developments in psychology and mental health, especially concerning adolescents. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or related fields only. 1-2 years of experience in mental health assessments, counseling, or related fields only. Experience in working with adolescents or students is preferred. Knowledge of psychological assessment tools and techniques. Strong understanding of mental health issues in students, including anxiety, depression, stress, and behavioral issues. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Experience with creating or administering psychological assessments. Location : Raipur, Chhattisgarh We prefer female candidates located in Raipur. Note: - Candidates with no psychology background as mentioned above should not apply.
