Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic PRT English Teacher to join our primary school faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging English language lessons to students from Grades 1 to 5, fostering a love for reading, writing, speaking, and listening in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver effective English lessons aligned with the school's curriculum.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, creative writing, and oral communication.
• Use a variety of teaching strategies to engage students of different learning styles and levels.
• Design assessments and evaluate student progress regularly.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Provide regular feedback to students and communicate with parents about academic progress.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development sessions.
• Maintain student records, classroom discipline, and school policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in English / Education (B.Ed. preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience teaching English at the primary level.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with CBSE curriculum (as applicable).
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for teaching young learners and fostering creativity.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of digital teaching tools and online classroom platforms.
• Experience with activity-based and student-centered learning.
• Ability to integrate moral values and life skills into the curriculum.

Salary:

Commensurate with qualifications and experience. Accommodation available for outstation candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
