Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant located in South Mumbai. The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients throughout the home-buying process, from initial consultation to finalizing the purchase. This includes conducting market research, providing property recommendations, coordinating site visits, and facilitating negotiations. The role demands strong customer service, effective communication, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Experience in the Real Estate industry

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
