Projects Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator for Retail Projects, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of New Stores Opening (NSO) projects. Your primary responsibilities will include utilizing your interior and civil knowledge to ensure the smooth coordination and timely completion of projects. You will be responsible for tasks such as preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), reading AutoCAD drawings and layouts, and collecting quotes from various vendors for accurate comparison. Your expertise in Excel and PowerPoint presentations will be essential for creating reports and presentations. Daily follow-ups with the regional team and vendors will be necessary to monitor the progress of ongoing projects and ensure that all stakeholders are updated on the status. Your strong vendor management skills will be instrumental in maintaining effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining detailed records such as work orders, purchase orders, and project photos. Tracking the progress of projects from initiation through completion and handover stages will require meticulous attention to detail and organization. To excel in this role, you should possess a Diploma/Degree in Civil or Interior Design and have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience. Your proficiency in BOQ preparation, vendor management, project coordination, and AutoCAD will be key assets in successfully managing retail projects.
