Job Title: Project Manager / Program Manager Sales Strategy & Ops Location: Delhi / Bangalore Function: Sales Strategy | Logistics / E-commerce Role Overview: We are looking for a sharp, execution-focused Project Manager / Program Manager to drive key strategic initiatives in the fast-paced world of last-mile logistics and e-commerce enablement. The ideal candidate will work at the intersection of sales, operations, and product to ensure scalable growth through data-backed decision-making, performance tracking, and new initiative execution. This role is critical in enabling the business to expand its client base, optimize delivery networks, and improve unit economics through structured program delivery and real-time tracking. Key Responsibilities: Growth & Expansion Execution Own end-to-end execution of pincode/geographic expansion plans in partnership with Sales and Ops. Enable network model pilots (e.g., Marketplace, On-demand) and drive post-pilot analytics to influence scale-up decisions. Track sales conversion metrics from lead to onboarding; suggest interventions to reduce TAT and improve strike rate. Sales Operations & Analytics Build and maintain real-time dashboards and trackers for: Client funnel and conversion Strategic account growth Margin optimization and discount governance Support pricing strategy by providing analytical insights on client-level SOW, cost structures, and revenue potential . Collaborate with Finance/Ops to align revenue projections and margin guardrails. Program Management & New Launches Program-manage new product rollouts (MPS, OBD, RVP, etc.) create launch playbooks, ensure internal readiness, and track adoption metrics. Serve as the central coordinator between Sales, Tech, Ops, and Support to ensure time-bound execution. Stakeholder & Client Alignment Manage internal and external stakeholders for pilot rollouts, escalations, or field testing. Take ownership of critical client issues that require coordination across functions (e.g., pincode mapping, API testing, onboarding support). Required Skills & Experience: 3–6 years of work experience in Program Management / Sales Strategy / Business Ops roles in logistics, e-commerce, or SaaS. Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills — ability to work with large data sets, VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, basic dashboarding (Excel test will be administered). Experience working cross-functionally in high-growth, execution-heavy environments. Understanding of the last-mile, third-party logistics (3PL), or e-commerce supply chain is highly preferred. Strong ownership mindset with bias for action. Good to Have: Exposure to tools like SQL, Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau. Prior experience in companies like Delhivery, Ecom Express, Shiprocket, Ekart, Bluedart, or similar.
