Resource plan monitoring- Labour, Material, Manpower, Plant & MachineryTimely Approval and submission of MIS Reports-, costing reports, operational reports, budget cash flows, billing reports, Material indent tracking- pertaining to projectChange Management Monitoring,Analysis and Final ReportingMonitoring Sequence of Work to ensure Cost, Quality & Time effectivenessEnsure proper execution of processes/systems/ procedures for the project as per SOPDetailed review and approval of Project Budget on periodic basisPreparation of Projected Cash Flow for 3 months & monthly tracking
Requirements Candidates must have good expo in residential project
Min 5 years experience neededMust be from Real Estate backgroundEducation criteria: Diplom/ BE/ Btech in Civil
