Position: Project Manager (Head)
Type: Full-time

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our construction project, focusing on high-rise buildings and commerical developments. The ideal candidate should have over 10+ years of comprehensive experience in construction management, encompassing planning, site management, budgeting, and subcontractor management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and strategies to ensure successful completion of high-rise construction projects.
  • Site Management: Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
  • MEP Coordination: Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams to ensure that all systems are integrated efficiently within the project scope.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial performance meets organizational goals. Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
  • Contract Labour Management: Manage relationships with subcontractors and labour teams. Ensure compliance with contracts and performance standards.
  • Safety Compliance: Promote a culture of safety on-site. Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and standards. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and internal teams. Provide regular updates on project status and resolve any conflicts that arise.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality assurance protocols to ensure that all work meets industry standards and client specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on high-rise buildings and commercial ,complex projects.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering(Btech), or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to safety and quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
