Job Description

As a member of the Information and Document Systems team, you will play a crucial role in providing financial-related services and support to ensure the smooth day-to-day business operations. Your responsibilities will include tracking team budgets, maintaining communication transparency between management and the team, overseeing central tasks, taking ownership of administrative duties, and assisting in various team activities and events. To excel in this role, you should ideally have at least 8-10 years of experience working in software development teams or a related field, with a strong background as a technical project manager. You should possess exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, be a certified Scrum master with experience in working with geographically distributed teams, and have a good understanding of Scrum ceremonies and tools like Jira and Confluence. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be essential in effectively interacting with technical teams and business stakeholders. You should also be adept at gathering business requirements and translating them into user stories, with strong skills in Excel and Power Point presentations. Experience in Vendor management, governance, and other business management topics will be beneficial for this role. While it is mandatory to have strong hands-on experience with Scrum and large-scale project management, additional experience in Agile Framework, presentation skills, negotiation skills, and a background in the Banking or Investment Banking domain would be advantageous.
