Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Coordinator with a minimum of 1 year of experience to lead and manage product development and implementation projects in our dynamic IT organization. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between cross-functional teams, drive the successful delivery of high-quality products, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our product lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Project Manager to develop, drive, and implement project goals
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
• Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, risks, and key metrics.
• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered with high-quality standards.
• Perform quality assurance checks and ensure adherence to project specifications.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Experience using JIRA for project tracking, task management, and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Through understanding of Project management techniques & methods.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Should have good communication skills and should be a motivational leader.
• Should have a track record in problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
