Project Coordinator

Required Education:

Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering with experience in Wastewater Treatment Plants (WTP) or Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP).

Experience : 2- 5 years.

Location - Thane, Maharashtra .

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination & Support
• Assist the Project Manager in planning and scheduling project timelines.
• Coordinate between engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables.
• Communication & Documentation
• Serve as a communication link between internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Maintain records of correspondence, approvals, drawings, and reports.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports (DPRs) as required.
• Procurement Support
• Follow up with procurement teams and vendors to ensure timely material delivery.
• Track procurement schedules and update the team on pending items.
• Coordinate approvals of technical submittals and vendor documents.
• Site Coordination
• Support construction teams with drawings, specifications, and execution plans.
• Monitor site progress and report deviations or delays to concerned departments.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, safety, and other site teams for smooth execution.
• Compliance & Documentation Control
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and HSE policies.
• Maintain updated project files in accordance with ISO/document control norms.
• Assist in preparation and submission of RA Bills and project invoicing documentation.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
