Job Description

Your Core Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders for daily task execution. Handle ad-hoc requests and ensure swift closure with sharp TATs.
Support ongoing and parallel projects, ensuring task alignment and timely follow-ups. Assist in coordinating tender documentation and timely submission of proposals.
Coordinate via phone, email, and online tools. Strong verbal communication is a must. Maintain structured updates and follow-throughs across multiple workstreams.

What You Must Bring

Strong fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (mandatory). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and follow-through. A knack for coordination, task tracking, and multitasking under pressure.
Prior experience in coordination is a plus (2–3 years ideal).
