Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Program Manager / AVP – Landlord Representation (Retail Real Estate) located in Gurugram. The role requires managing and executing landlord representation activities for retail real estate clients. The Program Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with landlords, negotiating lease agreements, and providing strategic advice on property management. Daily tasks include conducting market research, coordinating with internal teams, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of landlord clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Real Estate, Property Management, and Lease Negotiation
• Strong understanding of Market Research and Analytics
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Relationship-Building skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in handling large retail real estate portfolios is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
