Position Summary:

The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning invites applications for a Professor position, with a specific emphasis on leading and contributing significantly to the department's research and development (R&D) initiatives, alongside substantial administrative responsibilities. The successful candidate will be an internationally recognized scholar with a strong publication record, a proven ability to secure research funding, and demonstrable leadership skills in an academic setting.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related field from a globally recognized institution.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Academia /Industry with relevant experience.
• A distinguished record of research and scholarly achievements, including a strong publication history in top-tier journals and conferences.
• Demonstrated success in securing significant external research funding.
• Extensive experience in supervising and mentoring graduate students and junior faculty.
• Proven leadership and administrative experience in an academic or research setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• A strong commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse academic environment.
• Familiarity with the higher education landscape in India and international collaborations is a plus.
