Job Description : Design, implement, and manage ad campaigns across Facebook and Google platforms with a focus on maximizing ROAS. Continuously test and optimize ads and targeting strategies to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing spend. Analyze campaign performance data to understand ROI and make informed decisions on ad spend. Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad strategies with overall marketing objectives and promotional activities. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising to keep ahead in a competitive market. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies. Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across platforms. Technology : Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically with Facebook Ads and Google Ads. Demonstrated ability to deliver a ROAS of 5 or higher on significant ad spend. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics and ad platform insights. Experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and ad optimization. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus. Qualification : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience required : 1-4 years. Location : Mahape, Navi Mumbai.
